Falling in love can really get fatter, and the more loving you are, the fatter you will get.

Another Valentine’s Day.

I believe that today’s circle of friends will usher in a wave of pollution. But nothing, there is also lonely clove online science popularization, and bring you a good news:

Falling in love may make you fat, and the more loving you are, the easier it will be to get fat!

Our specially invited author Zhuang Shili and his reading of many foreign language documents have proved this point for everyone!

There are two words in this world, we should not take them seriously.

One is that during the Chinese New Year, my mother’s [this lucky money will be kept by my mother first]. The other is that after your girlfriend finished a hot pot, malatang, large plate chicken and pickled fish, she shouted [I will start to lose weight tomorrow].

Xiao Zhuang, an interviewee who did not want to reveal his real name, said that he had listened to the second sentence for more than ten years and had long been insensitive.

According to many large-scale investigations and studies in the past, on the whole, marriage has a positive effect on people’s physical and mental health. However:

There is a Cantonese saying in Guangzhou, which is called “it is difficult to be fat when eating alone”. Is it much easier to be fat when two people eat together?

The simple answer is YES.

According to the research results of nine European countries, overall, after excluding factors such as age, education level and income, the BMI (Body Mass Index) of married people is higher than that of single people, with the BMI of single men being 25.68 and that of married men being 26.32.

This is the concept of what. For a man who is 1.8 meters tall, the difference is almost 4 kg.

For some men and women, after falling in love or getting married, their weight may be even greater than before.

Xiao Zhuang, an interviewee who did not want to reveal his real name, said that when he first met his wife more than ten years ago, he was only 116 kg, his wife (who was still his girlfriend at that time) was only 100 kg, and his weight has now increased to 140 kg.

The author tried to understand his wife’s current tonnage, and he refused to answer this question on the grounds that his wife might see this article.

Regardless of gender, a person may indeed gain weight after falling in love, and women will gain more weight. The researchers gave the following explanations for this phenomenon:

In a stable love or marriage relationship, women are more likely to eat more and more portions of food, thus consuming more calories. In a stable love or marriage relationship, the chances for women to engage in physical activities are reduced. In a stable love or marriage relationship, women’s willingness to maintain their best body shape in order to attract partners decreases.

To be a human being is to translate-

Fall in love, don’t need to eat the canteen, don’t need to carry water, don’t need to lose weight specially to attract male gods.

Xiao Zhuang, an interviewee who did not want to reveal his real name, said that if he ate alone, he could make do with it by cooking instant noodles and two fried eggs. But if you have dinner with your wife, you have to stir-fry at least three dishes and one soup.

Of course, some people will say that it doesn’t matter if the male/girlfriend is fat, I just need to keep slim myself!

Let’s look at some research data first:

A research paper in the New England Journal of Medicine shows that if one of the couples is obese, the other has a more than one-third probability (37%) of becoming obese.

This is probably called “sharing weal and woe”.

In fact, it is not difficult to understand, after love and marriage, do you eat Valentine’s Day chocolate from male/girlfriend? Do you eat a big meal cooked by your male/girlfriend?

Getting fat after marriage is a common phenomenon, but it is not marriage or love itself that directly leads to weight gain, but the weight gain caused by lifestyle changes after you end your single life.

For example, after a love affair, you can justifiably buy [the second cup is half price].

When you see here, you may come to a conclusion-

I would rather be thin alone than fat full of sour taste!

The next time you are urged to marry, you can send this link to the family group.

Hum!

(But please note that falling in love may make you fat ≠ single, you will lose weight, and you will slip away……)
