The heart often [fawn bumps], who caused the disaster?

[Yesterday really scared the hell out of me! [My friend Xiao Zhang complained on the phone: “I woke up in the middle of the night and felt my heart was jumping out. The whole person was not well. It took more than 10 minutes to recover.”

[Did you go to see a doctor and have an electrocardiogram? ]

[I went early this morning. The electrocardiogram report is sinus rhythm. The doctor asked me to pay attention to rest and don’t stay up late. What is sinus rhythm? Is it normal? [Xiao Zhang asked anxiously.

How does the heart beat?

To understand the problem of heart rhythm (i.e. Heart rhythm), one must first understand how the heart beats. Although the heart is small, it has two chambers and two chambers, with left and right atriums above. Below are the left and right ventricles.

Inside the heart, there is a precise system for controlling heartbeat, which consists of a headquarters (sinus node) emitting signals, which are transmitted to the atrium through the intelligence network, causing atrial contraction, and then continue to transmit signals to the ventricles, causing ventricular contraction.

In this way, the atrium and ventricles contract alternately to complete a heartbeat. Venous blood is recovered and arterial blood is pumped into the whole body. Problems in any link of the heartbeat may cause arrhythmia.

Under normal circumstances, the heart is guided by the general headquarters (sinus node) and beats regularly and rhythmically. The heartbeat frequency ranges from 60 to 100 beats per minute. This is the [sinus rhythm] that we often see in electrocardiogram reports.

Normal heart rhythm is sinus.

Why does the heart beat?

1. [Command] Blind Command

Particularly excited: heart rate exceeds 100 beats/minute, which is sinus tachycardia, referred to as [sinus tachycardia]; Especially lazy: the heartbeat frequency is lower than 60 beats/minute, which is sinus bradycardia, referred to as [sinus bradycardia]; Do not play according to the rules: the heartbeat is fast and slow, which is called sinus arrhythmia; Sudden strike: sinus arrest; Sick: This condition is called sick sinus syndrome and is a series of slow sinus arrhythmia caused by sinus node lesions.

When there is infighting in the headquarters, some parts of the heart do not listen to the command of the sinus node and send out signals to cause heart beats first, which is called premature contraction or premature beats, which is also known as [premature beats].

2. [Intelligence Network] is in a mess.

Sometimes, not only the command of sinus node is seized, but also the intelligence network is short-circuited, and repeated signals between a and B will cause rapid arrhythmia. For example:

Atrial fibrillation: i.e. [atrial fibrillation], with a frequency of 220 ~ 360 beats/minute; Ventricular fibrillation: i.e. [ventricular fibrillation], When the ventricle vibrates rapidly, it cannot effectively contract and pump the blood of the heart to the whole body. People will die from circulatory failure. This is the most serious arrhythmia. In medical dramas, close-up electrocardiogram often turns into a messy wavy line. Doctors hold two plank bricks and put them on the patient’s chest. This is [defibrillator], except for [ventricular fibrillation].

Sometimes, information network signal failure will cause conduction block. According to the location of conduction block, there are sinus atrial block, atrioventricular block, left bundle branch block and right bundle branch block.
