After giving birth to the second and third children, I found that I could not continue like this. I was 27 years old. The best youth was gone, and I would be old if I didn’t lose weight. Therefore, I started my weight loss journey on April 28, 2013 with 79 kg as the starting point.

The initial body weight was 79 kg.

With unremitting efforts every day, my stomach has become like this, but I still have a little belly when I put on clothes.

I began to lose weight from 158 kg on April 28 to 56 kg on November 20 of the same year. However, I was still not satisfied. I wanted to have better lines, so I began to follow NTC courses, XHIT videos, various microblogs and HIIT exercises. Of course, these were all done at home.
