1. Sunscreen work should be carried out all year round.

There are two common ways of sun protection:

    Physical method: the main component is titanium dioxide and zinc oxide; Chemical sunscreen: The main components are diacetone and ethyl ethyl salicylate.

Their ingredients are safe. That is to say, sunscreen will not affect the baby during pregnancy or lactation.

Many mothers have a misconception that they can not wear sunscreen without the sun. As a result, they are not very white all the year round, and they identify themselves as yellow skin or even black skin.

In fact, ultraviolet rays can be produced all the year round, unless you cover yourself tightly, which is of course very difficult. Ultraviolet rays not only make people black, but also make skin flabby and aging, and pores bulky… This cannot be remedied by many cosmetics.

Therefore, no matter in spring, summer, autumn and winter, no matter indoors or outdoors, I must insist on sun protection, no matter during pregnancy or lactation, this link, anyway, I did not fall behind for a day.

As for the legend that the [isolation cream], which combines various effects, cannot replace sunscreen. In my opinion, its greatest effect is to adjust skin color.

2. Normal cleansing and skin care can remain the same.

Occasional facial mask and spray will not affect the baby’s health, just choose one that contains [hydrating effect].

3. Washing and protecting products during pregnancy should not contain whitening and spot lightening ingredients as far as possible.

Whitening and spot lightening products often contain lead, mercury, even retinoic acid and other teratogenic ingredients, which are not recommended for pregnancy or pregnancy preparation.

During pregnancy preparation, micro-plastic surgery and the like are not recommended, such as botulinum toxin wrinkle removal, hyaluronic acid filling, double eyelid cutting and so on.

Balanced nutrition and weight control
