Probiotics Prevent Antibiotic-Related Diarrhea or Backfire

Antibiotic-related diarrhea is not uncommon. Among patients treated with antibacterial drugs, The incidence rate ranges from 25% to 30%, and is more common when amoxicillin/clavulanic acid antibiotics (amoxicillin) are used.
