If the sunscreen is not applied correctly, it is equivalent to white application! One summer, the third year old,

The sun is scorching, sun protection is becoming more and more important!

Many small partners know that sunscreen is indispensable, not wearing it is like not wearing clothes, and they are determined not to go out.

However, many people work hard to apply sunscreen, and they are still tanned in the past summer, especially depressed.

This is because I don’t understand the characteristics of sunscreen:

Not Smeared Enough = Not Smeared

Everyone attaches great importance to SPF and PA when buying sunscreen, and thinks that the higher the better, but it is easy to ignore one point:

The amount of sunscreen.

No matter what kind of sunscreen, if you don’t apply it enough, it will be the same as if you don’t apply it. It will not only waste money, but also cause sunburn.

This should start with skin characteristics.

Our skin is not absolutely smooth. No matter how to maintain it, there will be small ups and downs on the surface, just like hills.

After applying sunscreen, it will not stick tightly and evenly on the skin.

In fact, because the skin is uneven, the liquid applied on it will flow downwards, and sunscreen is no exception.

A large amount of sunscreen will flow into [valleys] of the skin and become [puddles]:

If not applied enough, the part of the skin [on the top of the mountain] is almost completely exposed and can be easily penetrated by ultraviolet rays.

If you have a SPF50 sunscreen, happily apply it every day, but don’t apply it enough every time, it doesn’t actually have much sunscreen effect…

There is only [psychological sun protection] left.

Therefore, sunscreen can only cover the skin better if it is applied enough.

Then the question arises:

How much is enough?

If you want to cover your skin evenly and achieve the best protection effect, you must apply 2 mg/cm ².

What is this concept?

The facial skin is about 450 cm ². According to the above standard, 0.9 g sunscreen should be applied.

In short, it is the size of a dollar coin.

However, the arms and calves, which are often exposed to the sun, use more and need to be coated with [three dollars].

How is this calculated?

Because our body can be equally divided into 11 areas, each part of the skin is 9% of the total area (about 1350 cm ²), coated with 2.7 g, which is exactly the size of three coins.

A large part of the head skin is covered with hair, and only 3% of the exposed face is exposed, so just apply a coin.

From this point of view, a bottle of sunscreen will disappear in less than a few times.

Don’t forget, [fat friend] to apply more.

However, in daily life, because of fear of greasiness, fear of waste and other reasons, the vast majority of sunscreen dosage is far lower than the recommended amount, only about 1/4 of its amount, almost no sunscreen effect.

After so many years of sunscreen, it seems that all the sunscreen has been applied in vain, which hurts my heart.

Let’s start with the next sunscreen.

Why should special emphasis be placed on the importance of applying sunscreen? Because sun protection is almost one of the simplest and most effective skin care methods…

If you don’t protect yourself from the sun, you will be old.

Ultraviolet rays in sunlight will bring various damages to the skin. In addition to common sunburn, there are also many invisible and irreversible damages.

It looks good on the surface, but in fact all kinds of spots have grown in the deep layer that will never fade away.

Is there any shocking, tiger body a shock!

In fact, each of us has a natural good skin…

As time goes by, the speed of skin aging varies from person to person. People who pay attention to sun protection are younger and have fewer wrinkles and spots. Otherwise, it will be especially old.

However, I didn’t apply enough sunscreen. I thought I was sunscreen, but I didn’t. I didn’t know it when I was destroyed by ultraviolet rays. It was even more terrible than not applying it naked.

If you want to stay young forever, start by applying enough sunscreen.
