Recognition of allergic reactions
- Urticaria, a sign of swelling and shock of the tongue and face, and dyspnea.
Preliminary treatment
- Call 120 or go to the emergency room. If you stop breathing, start cardiopulmonary resuscitation immediately. Use an epinephrine injection pen.
Note: When the patient has signs of tongue and face swelling, shock and dyspnea, if the epinephrine injection pen is available, please use the epinephrine injection pen immediately!
Operational Items
You can inject adrenaline through your clothes.
Instructions for medical treatment

Any formal emergency medical facility can inject epinephrine. In case of severe allergic reaction, epinephrine injection is the only effective treatment method. Therefore, go directly to the nearest emergency room.

After epinephrine injection, if the medical facility is not suitable for further treatment, contact 120 and transfer to the tertiary hospital.
