Today, we found some experiencers and doctors and talked with them.

J on the second day after the college entrance examination, he took the initiative to tell his parents that he would have his foreskin circumcised.
He had already made a decision before the college entrance examination. The summer vacation after the college entrance examination is the best time-it can disappear without socializing.
In high school, J found out through some [you know] small movie that his key parts were different from those of the hero, and his foreskin was too long.
J belongs to phimosis. Even when he has an erection, the chicken cannot be completely exposed. His parents knew it for a long time, but they didn’t take him to have it cut. When J was a child, his parents looked for some folk prescription potions and asked him to soak his little brother in it. But it was useless.
Parents think that even if they don’t cut, the foreskin should fade off when they grow up.

Tyson recalled circumcision, the key word cannot be separated from a word [pain].
At that time, his father chose the most traditional surgical method for him-the scalpel was cut and then sutured.
Tyson remembered lying on the table looking forward to it. He had never seen his glans penis.
As a result, when the doctor put a long needle into the key part, the expectation turned into pain, [my little brother seemed to have been gripped in the throat and pinched down severely, and now I think my lower body is tight.]
As the anesthetic was injected into the body bit by bit, the little brother bulged like a ball, first on the left and then on the right. Tyson felt that his cavernous body was full of something, but not his blood but the anesthetic.
Tyson was able to fight back the pain and quipped to the doctor, “Help me cut it better.” When he was young, he saw other students who had undergone foreskin surgery in the toilet. The incisions were ugly. He was afraid that he would do the same.
Tyson watched the doctor put a hook into his foreskin and pulled it up. Then, for the first time in his life, he heard the sound of skin being cut. The doctor and two nurses talked about the Olympic table tennis match while performing surgery on his key parts.
Finally, after the operation, the doctor also asked him to get up and look at his little brother, a piece of blood, swollen and ugly.
But at that time, he thought it was worth it, because after the operation, the key parts became oversized and swollen like Ganoderma lucidum.
The operation did not hurt, but the anesthetic was withdrawn half an hour after the operation. Tyson was sitting on his father’s rear seat at that time, and he could clearly feel the suspension of the car. The vibration caused by the car passing through a stone would be transmitted to the wound through the seat, and then the pain of the same frequency would be generated.
The stabbing pain made him feel that the whole world was pale.
When he got home, the pain reached its peak. Tyson was crying and desperate. The doctor had prescribed some estrogen, but Tyson’s chest was already a little big because he was fat. He didn’t want to make his chest bigger, so he didn’t eat it.
He stayed in the room for two or three days, lying in bed without pants.
Once he had to go to the hospital to change dressings, but Tyson couldn’t put on his pants, even the loosest pants felt pain. So it was the only time since he grew up that he went out naked and only wore a bath towel.
The bath towel cannot be tied around the waist yet, but must be suspended in front of the waist and carried by hand. Because the glans penis is so sensitive that [a hair falls down and feels like a needle.]
However, these pains are vulnerable to the pain caused by physiological reactions.
The first night Tyson was circumcised, he didn’t fall asleep at all.
Before the operation, he deleted more than ten G’s [small movies] he had saved.
But at that time, the chicken was hot-blooded. After falling asleep at night, the chicken was not controlled at all and always looked up on its own.

Later, he did one thing: turn on the computer, search a pile of very bloody and disgusting pictures, see oneself calm down, go to sleep, after waking up from pain in the middle of the night, turn on to look at it again. I wake up several times every night.
But after those weeks, Tyson felt refreshed as never before, and his little brother would no longer have any peculiar smell. And there was no scar on the operation site.

Xiao Chen’s operation experience is not so painful, the only trouble is that… he can laugh and urinate.

After the operation, the doctor tied a circle of gauze on Xiao Chen’s key parts, which was very tight. During those two or three days, he felt that his chicken was tightly entangled and it was difficult to urinate.
However, every time you smile or sneeze, it is easy to feel that your lower body cannot control it, and then your underpants have a warm and humid touch-urine leaks out.

Therefore, a few days after the operation, Xiao Chen did not dare to drink more water at all. It was not until the gauze was removed that his little brother’s sense of restraint completely disappeared.

Among the experiencers we found, Ah Jun had the oldest operation age-35 years old.
He grew up in a small town in the north. His parents did not understand the relevant physiological knowledge and the school did not teach him.
From childhood to adulthood, Ah Jun suffered from the problem of redundant foreskin. If he did not clean it in time, he would taste. If he did not clean it for a week, he would produce a thin layer of foreskin scale.
When it is cold in the north, he can’t guarantee to take a bath every day, but he still has to clean up his little brother regularly.
After 25 years old, Ah Jun moved the idea of circumcision. But after all, it is the operation of the key parts. He is not very at ease with the local county hospital. Until this year, he went to understand and consult, and found that the county hospital is also quite good, so he chose the operation.
Ah Jun chose [stapler], which was better and the recovery process after operation was less painful.

For men, redundant foreskin or phimosis is very common.
Excessive foreskin refers to: foreskin cannot expose the penis head, but it can be turned out; Phimosis refers to: the outer mouth of the foreskin is too small, and the penis head is tightly clamped and cannot be turned out.
The most direct effect of phimosis and redundant foreskin is that it is not easy to clean, and all kinds of [dirty things] become [foreskin scale] when they accumulate little and much. The accumulation of foreskin scale may lead to balanitis, long-term uncleanness may even induce penis cancer, which will also affect the health of the patient’s partner.
In Hefei, Anhui Province, an epidemiological survey of 5,172 male students aged 7 to 22 found that 67.79% of them had redundant foreskin and 10.09% had phimosis.
Urology surgeon Zhao Zichen suggested that if the foreskin is too long and can be cleaned properly, it is OK not to cut it, and phimosis can be cut as early as possible. However, even if it is not cut as a child, age is not the threshold for surgery, and even the elderly have come to cut it clinically.
The pain of surgery is closely related to the type of surgery and personal constitution. Not everyone will suffer as much as Tyson.
However, the operation must be carried out in a regular hospital.
