I really can’t blame my poor health.

There are no two identical leaves or two identical people in the world. It can be said that everyone’s body is unique.

And we always talk about this uniqueness inadvertently. The most common word is [constitution].

For example, lean constitution, fat constitution, acidic constitution, alkaline constitution, and universal shield-the constitution of foreigners.

But is the constitution what? Does poor health have anything to do with these constitutions?

How to eat is not fat = easy to thin constitution? Drinking water grows meat = fat constitution?

If you gain weight, of course, you have to find out the reason from yourself, but it is not appropriate to rely on your physique.

As for [lean constitution], some people have active metabolism and are indeed more difficult to gain weight than the average person.

An extreme example is hyperthyroidism patients. Due to the high metabolic level of the body, it is entirely possible to consume energy faster and eat thinner.

As for the [fat-prone constitution] of drinking water, there are some people with kidney function impaired who cannot discharge the water in time after drinking water. They gain weight and seem to have become [fat].

However, for most healthy people, if we want to control our weight, don’t complain about our [constitution], think about it first-

Shut up and keep your legs open. Did you really do it? How much sweat do those so-called “not fat at all” people put into when you can’t see? How many temptations have you endured?

Acidic constitution is the source of all diseases, alkaline constitution can prolong life?

In short, the internal environment of the human body is indeed [weakly alkaline], so this theory looks very [scientific].

But in fact, these words are purely fabricated.

The human body can adjust its acidity and alkalinity by itself, excrete excess acidic and alkaline substances in the body through breathing, urination and other means, and maintain them in a stable range, and does not need to be maintained by acidic and alkaline substances in food.

Think about it and you will know that if the acidity and alkalinity are to be deliberately maintained, wouldn’t most people be in a state of illness?

In fact, the vast majority of people around us are still healthy, otherwise human society cannot operate at all and is busy curing diseases.

In addition, a diverse and balanced diet is very important for health. If you really only eat the so-called [alkaline food], it is easy to cause malnutrition. This is the real [source of all diseases].

Foreigners are in good health while Chinese are in poor health?

There are indeed some studies that show that people in different regions have different characteristics in health problems.

However, even if the skin color is different, the height is different, and the eating habits are different, foreigners and Chinese are the same in basic health issues, and there is no situation that [foreigners have better physique than Chinese].

You see, no matter which country’s people, they have to maintain their normal body temperature in the same range, take in the same nutrients, and sleep for the same length of time… As long as they live on the earth, their basic physiological conditions are not much different.

In addition, there are really many stupid things done by forcibly distinguishing [the physique of Chinese and foreigners].

If you always do such things, will [Chinese people’s physique] get better?

A person’s health is determined by congenital factors and acquired factors. Natural environment, economic level, social culture and lifestyle can all affect our health.

If a person does not love sports, no matter how good his mouth is, does not have a physical examination, does not follow the doctor’s professional advice, and likes to attribute the problem to [personal constitution], it is actually [does not make efforts, but wants to see rainbows].

In a word: I really can’t blame my constitution for my poor health.

When we envy others [different constitutions], should we also think that we can make some improvements in what?
