9. Pay attention to the quality of drugs

Medium-acting insulin or long-acting insulin is turbid or milky before mixing. Do not use it if lumps or white solid particles stick to the bottom or wall of the bottle.

10. Insulin injection site
Available injection sites include: abdomen, upper arm, thigh and hip subcutaneously. Insulin should not be injected into muscles, scars or moles.
