4. Record and manage weight every day

Exercise during pregnancy: Do whatever you want!

Before I knew I was pregnant, I went to play badminton every week and jumped very well. At the same time, I learned to swim, and I was very tired after two hours.

After knowing that you are pregnant, everything is as usual except badminton.

Every day I buy vegetables for breakfast, climb back and forth the stairs of 6 floors, and drag Mr Zhang for a walk at night. Follow the fitness software, attend simple classes, and complete half an hour of anaerobic training on the yoga mat.
